“Our stay was mainly ok, however the food at dinner service in Astons was absolutely abysmal. The goat cheese starter I had, had clearly been plated hours before and put in the fridge until ordered because the chicory was curling and everything had a noticeable ‘crust’ to it. I ordered the lobster ‘special’ which was raw- including the tortellini, I do like Al dente but this was inedible. Didn’t eat it and was really hungry when I left. “Beautiful setting overlooking the golf course. Unpretentious accommodation with excellent facilities, good food and helpful, professional staff. Plenty of parking a little distance from the accommodation.”

“The bar and restaurant looks modern and well maintained Bedrooms don’t have fridges the breakfast is just basic. Outside looks deserted, the place does not look as the pictures presented. Staff are kind”

“We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!”
