Vacations Close To Outlets at Legends Sparks

Everyone has to know: this place, they charge for everything including daily housekeeping. The resort fee per day is $48+. Not kidding. And the pool hours is crazy stupid: summer time they close at 8pm. They have a parking for guest but it is completely full all the time. You end up doing valet parking. We saw the same garbage in the hallway and by the elevator during our entire stay. It looks like this resort just doesn’t have enough staff to accommodate all its guest properly. Our room wasn’t cleaned so we had to call for an evening cleaning.

NO AC!!! It was 90 degrees inside and never cooled down. It ended up being cooler outside. Should have brought a hammock and stayed outside, although at this rate that would be a really expensive campsite! Only stay here in the winter, and at that I’d check to ensure there heat works first too!

Check in went smoothly. Host was a little different…? Room was clean, bathroom had hair in the shower, and bathroom floor. I know it’s a casino but the smell of cigarette smoke was as awful! We were on the other side of the building and still smelled it for the duration of our visit. Other than that the free breakfast was good and the service was very good.

If you’re looking for a hostel experience, this will give you that.

I liked my choice, until, they charged me an additional 80 dollars at checkin. So my 140.00 room...now 220.00. So...not happy. I booked 2 rooms. They were at least on the same floor. The room, while nice...wasn't worth 220.00. The sheets were scratchy and warm. The air conditioning was noisy and..our room was right next to the elevator. So...I did not sleep..all night. The halls of the hotel and casino were very warm. What happened to cooling them? Even in the casino, it was warm, even before it filled with people. Bally...do better. We won't be back to this hotel.
