Ottenbronn Vacations

The marketing photos are unfortunately not the reality. The room was dark, the phone was yellow nicotine stained. No fridge, no safe, no tea or coffee. One pillow each. I asked for more pillows and they don't give any extra ones, so I had to go and but some from the supermarket. The bathroom was dark and grey and felt like a prison cell! The photos of the pool was blue, but it was green. From researching means it may be unsanitary as can be algae or wrong chlorine balance. So we didn't get in it. paintwork not looked after and some of the garden furniture broken. I would never stay there again. Looks nothing like the photos.

The only negative was that we had a room with an ajoining door to the next room, and we heard talking and tv and other noises through the door which was not very pleasant.

The apartment was spacious and well presented however, the pillow case on the sofa bed had some brown stains and there was no dishwasher in contrast to the description. At first the electric cooker did not seem to work but then we searched for the instructions online and it was all smooth from there. Maybe there should be some short instructions for this appliance.

Old hotel with less services in the room. Too hot without fans or AC. No fridge either to cool drinks. Staff excellent, location good for us. Parking is over the road and not to secure/cctv etc. Depends what you like. Rustic, would be great for you.
