“A lovely hotel, in a beautiful building, with great service. On arrival we had a quick check-in, having previously received a QR code through completing pre-check in online at the request of the hotel. We then got to choose from a wide range of bathroom amenities to take to our room. The room was fairly spacious, with high ceilings and the beds were very comfortable. “The hotel is well located just opposite the JR Otaru station. The room is clean and decent. The size is quite standard in Japan. It will be starting renovation in April and we are excited to stay afterwards. ”
