“The room we had was dated and need refurbishing. Tired carpet, curtains etc. The bed was uncomfortable with a dip in the middle. Unfortunately on the final night I hardly slept due to scratching, biting sounds coming from the roof space above the bed, which I can only put down to rats or large vermin.
The restaurant was ok for breakfast, continental or cooked. The staff were lovely. Parking was easy as well.”

“I would have loved to have given a 10/10 but unfortunately whilst the property is great value for a stop over and breakfast was good, there is a drainage issue, and the bathrooms in the 2 rooms we booked smelt strongly of blocked drains as did the car parking area so clearly a problem that needs to be resolved. Apart from that everything was good.”

“Lovely hotel and Lovely staff great food the breakfast was delicious, great value the only criticism would be the lack of fresh air in the hotel perhaps opening a couple of doors or windows would help but that might just be me . Had a lovely sleep and enjoyable stay .”
