“Initial impression was of a tired building and decor. Understood later it was undergoing refurbishment and we saw good improvements. All facilities were exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had adequate choice and food cooked fresh to order. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and generously responsive to any particular needs.”
