Universal stay

This hotel was so clean and we loved the Japanese style bathroom. Comfortable beds and sofas. Great views! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay again! The shuttle bus to Universal Studios was definitely appreciated!

The hotel is nice, beautiful decor in the lobby and halls. It's in a business centre so not much for tourists or restaurants in the area. 5 minute walk to the train station.

I like the shuttle bus to USI. The staffs are friendly. The view from our room is very nice. Reading the reviews from other travellers made me well prepared for the transport between the hotel and Namba. Overall I am very happy with the hotel except it is too quiet in the surrounding area at night.

An excellent place to stay, especially for foreigners - the rooms are spacious, the reception staff speaks English, laundry is on-site (~$3USD per load), the breakfast is delicious and has many Japanese and continental options, plus the view from the tower is gorgeous. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Cosmosquare station through an office area, so there isn't much nearby in terms of restaurants or convenience stores, but it's quiet, peaceful and safe.

The hotel is very beautiful and has a great views. A bit confusing for the first time, when I've arrived. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful, the room I was stayed in was beautiful and spacious, and shower head was strong and comfortable and it has a rainfall shower, plus bathtub. Definitely recommended. I will be back again for the next year. Arigatō.

Hotel staff are extremely nice and friendly! They are there to help any people traveling, and were very easy to communicate with (I speak English). One downside is the elevator is a bit hot, maybe because it was in the summer. The area around the hotel is not the best, a bit dirty. Obviously that is not the hotel's fault, but just a heads up. Train station is very close to the hotel! Rooms were amazing and the shower was great! Room service was also amazing, even if I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door they dropped off a bag of refreshed towels and robes! Would highly recommend!

Stay for 03 nights from 16-19 July 23, room is big and clean, all still not bad. But the parking is not complimentary nor even subsidised. As a guest of hotel I think this is a must for hotel guest to enjoy a free or very much subsidise rate. 2nd night we have to even get our own towels from the reception due to make up room services in charges forgot to put towels in our room. The tablet in room also a white elephant as in can’t make call to external and only call to hotel reception and on last day checking out I called many time to check the time for checking out but no one answer…

I chose this hotel as it is very near to the Osaka ferry port (Osaka to Busan route). It's within walking distance. It seems to be connected to Trade Center Mae station - cafes, shops and eateries. I would recommend the restaurant that serves yakitori open till 11 pm, I think. Others are closed at 7 pm. There is a post office somewhere in the basement under the escalator. This is ideal if someone needs to return a wifi router by post. It closes at 5 pm. This hotel provides coin-operated washers and dryers. Only accept 100 yen coins. You can exchange coins with the reception. The observation deck is at the top floor with a stunning night view of Osaka.

很棒的和式房間，讓一群朋友可以坐在一個房間裡面，好好的暢談跟暢飲。 附近也有購物中心，還有很多的餐廳，是一個非常好的住宿產品。
