“Excellent location to downtown Orillia. A older Motel however the room was clean and well equipped. Lots of parking, security cameras. Comfortable clean bed. Quiet, perfect for our 2 night stay. Sign in easy and friendly reception. We will definitely book here again. Thank you.”

“Very nasty room, the health dept should pay a visit. For a non refundable property there needs to be some standard of sanitation. The place is geared towards certain activities. Scary and nasty. We didn’t even go past the front door. Took one look and we left.”
