It was my second time staying at this resort and it was amazing. Its the perfect location with restaurants and shops. Its basically in the middle of everything. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was great.

I stayed for a convention , the convention facility was fine but internet was terrible/nonfunctional . Room was old and basic but functional , saw a hole on outside of building with rats running in which was repaired during my stay , staff was friendly and fine , convention was nice , but hotel is long overdue for renovations , The most run down hotel I have ever stayed in .

Not a resort !

Do not book this run down hotel- its not a resort. They charge a resort fee of 40 dollars and its a fraud. Its not to relax by the pool. Full of trash , run down landscaping, and poor quality ameneties. Hotels shouldnt partner with this run down places with deceiving pictures.

I like that there are balconies and patios available. I reported a problem about my room and staff did accommodate me. The staffs were very nice. Inside the rooms, some things looked a little run down, old and outdated. Some items looked old, cracked, discolored and rusted ( ex: lamps, shower/tubs, mirrors) and the curtains haven't been washed in a while. Away from the hotel, you will find a lot of things to do. Overall, improvements are needed for this hotel.
