Beautiful grounds and bathroom to die for. Was wonderful and allows dogs and the cleaning staff was wonderful to our girl. Cons: transit to parks is more headache than it’s worth. Ended up Ubering.

One of the best resort. Beautiful and quiet environment. Spacious and comfortable room. The food in the club house was delicious as well. If you want to avoid the crowd in Disney resorts, this is the place to be.

I felt it was advertised online that the pool had the waterfalls and water slide. But then once we got there I asked the shuttle driver taking us to our room after check-in and he said that pool was at the Hyatt down the road with a free shuttle bus there. Also, the geckos are everywhere. We checked into our room late and there were probably 8 or 9 all around our front door. When you walk by them they scurry across the wall with their big black eyes. We even found one in our bathroom so I called the front desk and they sent someone who was not able to catch it (because they’re fast!). They offered to switch our rooms and waive the resort fee out of inconvenience.

Lovely, luxurious spacious suites with everything you could ever need. Quiet property with a free shuttle to a neighbouring hotel where you an connect to the theme parks. They are closing for renovations this month and will have even more facilities when they reopen in 2021. I look forward to returning

Das Team checkt so gar am Abend nochmals die Betten. Nach unserer Mittagspause im schon sauber gemachtem Zimmer sind wir zum shoppen und Abendessen gefahren. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht danach wieder gemachte Betten vorzufinden. Das gesamte Team des Villaresortes war sehr freundlich. Besondere Erwähnung gebührt den Herren im Proshop. Die Unterkunft ist klasse, das golfen fordernd, die Ruhe genießbar in Abhängigkeit von spanischen Nachbarn...das Essen etwas kostspielig aber sehr gut. Wir werden sparen um wieder zu kommen.

The privacy and the staff were amazing! We enjoyed the use of multiple locations that offered different amenities. I also must say I loved the shuttle coming to your door steps for pickup and drop off. I will tell all my friends.

Tell them you want your hot wings crispy well done

Great low rates during the off season. Salt water pool is clean and warm. Rooms are awesome. My only gripe is that the hot chicken wings need to be slow baked until drier and crisper, which we did on our own and they were a ten out of ten.
