Family weekend

The place had plenty of room for my entire family! Was very clean and comfortable. The gate code changed the second day we were there and no one told us luckily the gate keeper helped us out when I showed him my confirmation email. But all and all loved the location and pool area!

The security and gated community were a nice touch. The weather was not great so we did not get a feel for the pool and other amenities. We did not find a community grill so one on the back porch would be nice. The kitchen did not have baking sheets or hand towels so we bought our own. All of the rooms could really use ceiling fans as it was tough to stay cool with the Florida heat and humidity. All in all it was great value for the price. A few minor changes would change my review from Good to Excellent.

The property was convenient to everything. The noise level between the rooms was not silent proof enough as we thought it would be, we can hear people chit chat when in the rooms and maintenance working from the outside. Also, the entrance code # for entry to the complex/ property was wrong, we were not able to enter the property with the entrance code emailed to us. We had to request for the right entrance code # the next day.
