Hola buen dia...el lugar esta muy bien ...el unico problema que tuvimos ..fue que al llegar se nos dijo que no teniamos reservacion..siendo que se reservo desde noviembre del 2016...y ademas 4 dias antes de nuestra llegada se me envio un recordatorio de nuestra confirmacion de reservacion...se nos dijo que el hotel ya no tenia convenio desde Diciembre con hoteles.com ..llamamos a hoteles.com y despues de 5 hrs se nos pudo arreglar todo...aunque de 5 habitaciones se nos entregaron solo 3 y al dia siguiente se nos entrego una mas... Realmente perdimos un dia de nuestro viaje puesto que lkegamos temprano a Orlando con la idea de dejar maletas e irnos de inmediato a un parque de Disney y pues ya no pudimos aprovecharlo.. Ese fue nuestro inconveniente..el lugar es muy agradable..y muy comodo..aunque no te hacen el aseo..eso lo tiene que hacer uno... las personas que te atienden en The palms son muy amables

Una estafa

Hemos hecho una reserva de 5 días en diciembre del 2016, para hospedarnos en mayo del 2017. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que cambio de dueño el complejo, y que no podíamos hospedarnos, que hagamos el reclamo en hoteles.com, tuvimos q buscarnos otro hotel, varados, y al día de la fecha no hemos recibido el reembolso de nuestro dinero.

The worst Orlando Vacation ever!!!

The first couple of days was OK. But, the hotel management changed after that. Neither the hotel Management told me during charging my card nor Expedia. On the 3rd morning, when I went for breakfast, they said, the hotel management is changed and no breakfast is served. On the 4th day, I came to know that rooms will also not be cleaned. I had asked Expedia for a change of hotel and Expedia team said, they couldn't reach hotel. Hence, they couldn't change. I was put up with this mess without any cleaning. I bought in new towels, soaps. I had to clean myself the room in vacation. It was a terrible thing. Please don't go again to this hotel from now as rooms will not be cleaned henceforth and there will be no complimentary breakfast as well. They already have reservations till mid-2017. So, folks who are going to that hotel, please cancel beforehand. I am asking for a refund of the resort fees as the basic amenities of cleaning was not taken care. This approach of lack of information and complete disappearance in one day is appalling. It is the worst treatment that could be given to any customer. The new team is casually mentioning they don't know anything and asked to contact Expedia. Expedia couldn't do anything as they couldn't reach the prior hotel management who charged the fees. So, I was caught in quagmire. It looks like the rooms will not be cleaned henceforth. So, please beware.

Pesima experiencia, hicieron cambio de administracion un dia después de que llegamos, por lo que no tuvimos servicio de housekeeping, de recepción ni de desayuno. El hotel estuvo abandonado con todos nosotros dentro. Las cucarachas empezaron a llegar el segundo día ya que acumulamos basura. Pedimos algún tipo de reembolso, pero nos dijeron que tenía que ser a través de hoteles.com. Esperamos que exista una indemnización por el mal rato en las cortas vacaciones.

Convenient and budget friendly

My family stayed there and for the price it was great. The hotel itself could use some good upkeep, but the staff keep it as clean as possible. Great price for the amount of time we spent in the room!

Convent , affordable, would stay again

got exactly what we saw on the internet. Granted the cabinets could use some updating, but it was great for me and my husband with the amount of time we stay. Plus side is it is literally 8 minutes from Disney springs.

Never will I recommend anybody to stay at this place, false advertising the pool wasn't working , no work out factility, room smell like mold, carpet was wet, towels where hard , ppl working on the roof at 6:00 am every morning

ok but other choices may be better

Location to major interstate has road noise prominent in some buildings. Our group had 2 rooms - each appeared clean but had several small roaches (live & dead) in each. When we tried to switch the downstairs rooms had strong mold smell and mold on curtains. Currently there is a roofing project which is loud first thing in the morning so no sleeping in. Units are timeshares that owners can rent out - luck of the draw if you get a nicely maintained unit as some owners are better than others.

Great hotel at a very convenient location

I stayed for one week at this hotel. The villa was big, clean, and well equiped. Excellent parking, friendly staff, great breakfast each day, included with stay. Very close to major tourist attractions, including of course, Disney parks. No complaints at all, excellent experience.

Good location but hotel is in need of updating!!

Our family frequents Disney and we have been to many hotels in the area, the location is great and there are restaurants and activities at every corner. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was very out dated. Kitchenets cabinets wouldn't open, tile floors in the bathroom are in really bad shape and the room had a musty feel to it. i would not recommend or return to this hotel.

Please do not stay here

We were put in building 7 which has paint peeling on the walls and doors, funny smell and gum on the carpet. There were roaches in the kitchen and the fridge was leaking. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. It had a very run down appearance that made us feel uncomfortable. The building we were put in did not look anything like the pictures. They were also doing roof construction on the next building which we were not informed of. We checked out as soon as we checked in and had to find another hotel very quickly which was a stressful experience. We did get our resort fee reimbursed but were charged for 1 night as it was after 4 pm and we already checked into the room.
