Checking in and out was quick and the staff was friendly. Coffee machine was available but only in the morning there was cups. Our room was clean except for the bathroom, the tiles were dirty. There was no view from our room Lots of shops in the area. I didn’t visit the pool. Yes, I’ll recommend this hotel

We arrived to the hotel in the evening. At check-in, the front desk clerk had no idea the type of stoves in the room, and advised we would have to come back after check in and describe the type of stove we have. We then found a small roach in the room.

I had requested a KING bed because of my own disability issues, when I got to the property around midnight I was told that it was given away. The beds were just in terrible shape. Overall, I had a real bad experience.

Given unmade room so had to change. Told housekeeping once a week but never came. Smells of cannabis from rooms. Was sent a message before arrival saying about rates to be paid. Instead, try "welcome... we look forward to your arrival..." etc instead.
