Vacations Close To Orchard Street Shopping District

The staff was very nice and always available to help. I thought it was a solid choice if you are looking for somewhere cheaper to stay.

This hotel location is right near Times Square and Broadway. It is super clean and the room comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet every morning that was delicious. They have such polite and friendly staff everywhere. So well organized and friendly. Should definitely stay here again!

The hotel is being renovated but they only bothered informing us a couple of days before we arrived. There is no lobby, no roof deck, and the room is definitely on the older side - no ventilation in bathroom, very old and basically stuck bathroom door which made it impossible to properly close, non working range hood.

Clean room and helpful reservation staff, but the experience had some frustrations. Breakfast was just a grab-and-go paper bag and wasn't very good compared to nearby options. The hotel also required cash for luggage storage and would not accept a card. Most disappointing was that an attendant started arguing with us after overhearing a private conversation about these issues. We chose to walk away rather than escalate the situation.

I was very impressed with the Pendry West this stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and quiet, and everything went as smoothly as can be. I also love the little coffee shop Black Fox that is attached to the hotel and the convenience and access to so many great restaurants and shops.
