Vacations Close To Orange Beach Marina

The room we stayed in was not that clean. We didn’t have time to really look at things because we went out to a concert. We just stayed one night. There was garbage under the sink left. It was full. We told the front desk, but nothing was done. I set it outside our door and still it sat there till the next day when we check out. The sheets look clean, but my husband said they didn’t feel clean. I didn’t walk around on the floor until I got in bed and the next morning when I got up the floor was sandy. I told my husband to look and feel the bottom of my feet. Clearly, the floor had not been cleaned. I have read good reviews and that’s the only reason I checked into this place. It was just for a one night day and I did not want to spend a lot. I was very disappointed.

Amenities were solid (gym, swimming pool, filtered water machine, clubhouse). Nice apartment overall, able to cook and WFH with no issue. Parking was ample, residents were friendly. Will definitely be staying here again.

Property was beautiful clean. Just hated I was there for six days and the pool was only open 1 day. That was my reason for choosing this place. I most likely will not stay again for that reason. Spoke to on site staff and none could tell us why pool was closed or when it would reopen huge inconvenience. Drove all the way from Michigan 15 hours for that amenities to enjoy the week with my child in the Navy just overall a not so great experience. Be prepared to park far away from your designated spot as people had guest all week and the spot in front of our residence was always occupied at front door and in the rear.

Room was clean everything was easy to use. Staff was extremely helpful

Everything was good. Except no hot tub. Need to get with expedited to make sure things are correct and true. I asked for a queen or king bed got a full size. No bathtub just shower. Just my time to relax after caring for my mother for several years. Worse part right outside the window were a lot of noisy machines that run the hotel. So I checked out first thing in the morning. Our stay was 3 days, 2 nights. We were told that our room would be visited by house services but it was not. A let down after a day of fun and sightseeing. The customer service from all of the employees was top notch. I have never been treated so well while on vacation. These folks could teach the Disney folks a thing or two on customer service, in my book, that’s saying alot. Absolutely outstanding!
