“The place is really outdated, which would've been ok if it wasn't so DIRTY. The bathroom and bedroom had dust all over the corners. The pool has black gross stuff all around it and seems very unkept. I let the kids walk inside barefoot and their feet was black, which leads me to believe those floors are never washed. Never once spoke to a person to check in or check out. Confidential information left in a mailbox for anyone to access - didnt love that. “Room location was noisy. Room had no hand soap in bathroom. Front desk sent house keeping promply with bottle. The room was spacious and had kitchen area so could buy and prepare food in room. Daughter tried to report that the wash room that had a changing table did not have hand soap. Front desk told her to go to other washroom. That was not the point of her reporting no hand soap.
