“The rubbish bin had not been emptied. There were plunger coffee sachets but no coffee plunger to make this up in. The bathroom would have been a lot better with a bar underneath the window, near the toilet to make it easier for a person with a knee injury like myself to get up and down onto the toilet. There was no heater on a very cold night, although there seemed to be some underfloor heating but a wall heater would have made the room warmer.”

“The price we paid for the room did not reflect the quality of the accommodation. The nightly rate was extremely high for what was provided. As I work in IT, being reachable 24/7 is essential. One of the reasons we chose this accommodation was the advertised free Wi-Fi; however, it did not work from the time I checked in.
