The only problem we had was from the staff at check in and check out. Was unaware of a resort fee and they also charged us for two nights parking and we did not even have a vehicle to park there. They were well aware of that because we never scanned the code to get in the parking area. We flew in and Ubered to the hotel. Very disappointing and I feel we should be refunded that charge.

Room was not clean- kitchen sink in particular was filthy. Check in was terrible- no one at the office, stood outside for 45 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone. Would not stay here again.

Clean, spacious and so close to the beach. Will definitely stay again.

Great customer service, cute property with nice pools and conveniently located.

The fact that I asked about parking and was told it was covered during my booking. I asked for a ticket and was reassured I was fine. I then got double billed for parking in the mail. Really not happy and trying to resolve the matter.
