Vacations Close To Ojai Olive Oil

Be warned: THERE IS NO A/C. Only a slow ceiling fan and a plug-in stand fan that doesn't work well either. There was a fireplace in the room, which was really cute, but it was so hot outside we didn't want to try it. This is an aging hotel but they're doing a pretty good job keeping it up overall. One of the front windows in our room didn't lock, and the shower was very slow to drain, but the location was super close to the beach, and the hotel was pretty clean overall. I had to store my bag at the front desk because I got there earlier than check-in and had to go to a wedding. This was a nice thing for the management to do, but they just left it to the side of the front desk, and when I came back later, it was unattended. Anyone could've come in and grabbed it.

The staff was very helpful, and the hotel was located very close to ocean and convenient for all nice places

It’s like a small apartment for the weekend and it’s perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the morning breakfast and happy hour as well. Location is amazing and close to everything. This is our 4th time staying here and it’s our hotel of choice for SB!

This motel 6 is a dream! It’s clean, gorgeous, close to the beach, the staff is lovely and it’s quiet and tucked away in a lovely area of town. Will definitely be back since everything was truly perfect!

Amazing staff, location, and amenities. Breakfast was ok. Who needs that when you are so close to so many amazing restaurants and eateries in the area. I can’t wait to stay here again!

A lovely space and we appreciated the air conditioning on the hot days. An easy walk to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace outside our room on the second level. We arrived unexpectedly late (midnight), exhausted after travel delays. While I appreciated that the front desk was staffed at that time, the staff member who was working was not very helpful. He wasn't very friendly and gave me the minimum of information and it wasn't until our last day there that I realized they served any breakfast. He never said a word about that. I went out on foot searching for food on our first morning. We usually used the outside stairs to exit, so we did not see the breakfast spread in the lobby until we were checking out. It wasn't a very big spread, but it would have been enough for me, and it would have been nice to know about. But now you do know about it, so I do recommend this place for a nice space with good value.

So cute, relaxing and quiet. A fantastic place to stay, yummy breakfast, away from the busy downtown area.. but within walking distance. My now favorite place to stay in Santa Barbara.
