The location is unbeatable. The hotel furniture could use an update & some areas can be touched up. Definitely the carpet in the rooms. But the floors outside the rooms are all new. Having said that, the staff is incredibly helpful & friendly, The complimentary breakfast is better than expected, the hotel is clean & there is plenty of parking. We’ve been here 3xs and will return again soon.

This is such a quaint place to stay. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, coffee on the patio, and the complimentary pastries. We arrived very late and the staff was very understanding and helpful. Great place to stay

Jay greeted us early...good guy. The room only had fans, no A/C...very humid area. The shower hot water did not work. The sink hot water worked. The bums around the area are scary and many. The Italian restaurant was awesome, just like Jay said. The patio was scary because any bum could have wandered in...but didn't...lucky :) Parking area was great. Very windy beach which was patrolled by local beach watch crew.

We were right on the beach. 2nd floor with a balcony. It was perfect. Everyone was so nice. We woke up to coffee and little snacks. All the restaurants are good. Walking distance to fish tacos and the best donut place, and a bar with weekend bands. We are going back

Absolutely in love this this hotel. The patio was right at the beach. Left the door open to hear the waves crash at night. Easy check in & easy parking. The beach was just right there love it. The rooms were super clean especially with it being right on the beach I was surprised I didn’t find any sand. The guests we chatted with were lovely & the staff were so friendly. I will stay here again! I will say no A.C however there was a fan & fireplace. It got cold at night so I used the fireplace for 30 mins to cool the room. The breeze came in from leaving the door open which was nice too. It didn’t get hot in the room when it was hot outside-for anyone wondering due to no A.C
