Vacations Close To Ohio Star Theater at Dutch Valley

Jeremiah and Kim at the front desk were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Didn't take advantage of the free breakfast. Shared the room with 3 others and appreciated the sink being located separate from the toilet and shower. Two things: would have been nice to have the bar open later as it closed at 10 pm and the room drapes were ripped. Other than those things, the hotel was great.

We loved our stay but there was a clogged drain in the tub the entire visit and no housekeeping. You had to put a tag on your door which no one told us about. Not a usual hotel standard so how are guests to know? A heads up when we checked in would be helpful. The room was decorated in the 1980's (Think Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances) - it is in desperate need of an update. The property is beautiful and the hotel has great potential - we hope they make updates or it will be a true loss. They don't make places like this anymore - it has the potential to be a treasure but feels like it has been forgotten.

I stayed one night and the hotel was just fine. Additionally there are at least two restaurants within walking distance. And one of them is a Brown Derby, which was quite tasty. Would have no problem staying at this hotel again in the future. No complaints.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fitness center was great. The complimentary breakfast was impeccable. I would stay again.

Every employee that I came in contact with were so kind and helpful in every way. The first thing I noticed upon entering the building was how clean it smelled. And everything looked clean while I was there. As well as the property itself was well kept. I definitely would stay there again

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bed. It was too firm.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and quite large. One of the elevators was out of order which made getting up to my room took a bit of time. Also, the breakfast was a bit disappointing in the few items offered.
