“This is a huge, funky old house. It operates as an apartment house with a few extra rooms offered as hotel rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a fenced parking lot on site. It’s walking distance to several restaurants. Be aware that there is NO front desk and you may never meet the staff. You will receive a text message with instructions on how to access your room. Overall it was a good experience.”

“The bedrooms had been fixed beatifully and very properly taken care of, for when we came. They had many games downstairs, like chess and other boardgames. They had a good selection for breakfeast in the morning when you wake up..”

“So many spider webs outside and inside, good location and staff.”

“Traveling with my young daughter - the property is tucked back in a quiet private area. I liked that I was able to lock both screen doors in addition to the front keypad lock for a piece of mind with safety (anywhere I go traveling just the two of us) property was cute, clean, and perfectly located. Parking was easy. My only advice is KCUP coffee pods & additional creamer for my coffee in the morning, so I didn’t have to DoorDash! Otherwise I would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice place. Only stayed 1 night and wished we could of stayed longer. Maybe next time. Probably not good for little kids. Older adults - it works well”

“Great stay in the Guest House for our family while visiting student at Denison. Wonderful screened in porch and backyard. Highly recommend for any short or long term stay in Granville.”
