Oghil Upper Vacations

Booked a room in the Dean on Harcourt Street for a client and then last minute they changed location stating they were overbooked . Very unprofessional and won’t be staying in the Dean again.

Great location! From arrival to departure every staff member was helpful and kind. Paddy especially! Room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, good sized bathroom and room was quiet even with windows open, didn't have any outside noise. It is an older hotel and has old historic charm. If going during hot months there was no AC so that might be an issue but there are fans in the room. Would stay here again and recommend for sure.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, convenient central location, great breakfast buffet. Rooms could use better lighting.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Room was a little small.

Convenient location to north side of the river, however, difficult for taxis/Uber’s to get through directly. The room was relatively clean and comfortable, however, was extremely small for an ‘apartment’, especially the bathroom. Fortunately there were only two adults otherwise it would have been very tight. Also felt somewhat claustrophobic as we were unable to open the windows (which were extremely dirty). Also had the nearby office opposite looking through into our room and therefore blinds & curtains had to be shut all the time which felt dark. Wouldn’t recommend to be honest or stay again for the cost. There was also no cleaning service across our 3 day stay which I would expect.
