Restaurant and bar full both nights and not taking bookings Had to go to golf club - which the hotel offered a shuttle but it closes at 10pm so was rushed out mid drink Steam room closed and facilities completely overran with children and too crowded so was a lot of waiting around in the health club rather than relaxing However, food was good. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Rooms very nice and clean Just disappointed by the facilities which could have been bad luck with the timing

Lots of staff all v friendly and informative. Breakfast is excellent..lots to choose both hot n cold. The dining menus are bit limited..and does get v busy. With nothing the Glen golf course is 40 mon walk or short car ride..they do offer a shuttle there too. Overall very pleasant location n wish i was able to stay few more nights.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful setting. Rooms were first class. Only downside, the restaurant was not open in the evening (off season). Breakfast was superb and staff were lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend the hotel. The reception staff were charming and helpful, especially the evening reception staff.
