“Pretty noisy. Beds not very comfortable. Brunch was a little disappointing. Staff very friendly.”

“Muy viejo el edificio ”

“Muy Buen lugar. Lo recomiendo. ”

“;)”

“The staff was not professional as far as greeting you and also cleaning staff hung out around the front lobby and had loud conversations amongst themselves which should have been done in a different location. Our room still had garbage in the trash can under bathroom sink and there were several items that needed maintenance. On our 6 day trip through Michigan and Wisconsin this was by far the worst stay.”

“Expedia sent the wrong code for the door, but everything else went great.”

“Full disclosure: The room we stayed in was a bit dated. And we didn't mind it a bit. The property is in great shape. Daily room service, which is becoming rare. Excellent location, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was served up hot every day and included lots of options. This will be our new go-to location in the Harbor Springs area. Looking forward to going back some day.”

“The water drained VERY SLOWLY. I had to ask front deck to tissues.”

“La piscina cerrada. No se podía usar y había que ir a otro hotel. Mucha complicasion”

“Good location, very basic breakfast, it has a shuttle service to the casino, a swimming pool, and the room is a good size. Nice service.”
