Wonderful Stay at Riu Palace Aquarelle 🇯🇲 I had a great overall experience at Riu Palace Aquarelle. The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean, and the pool areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Jamaican sunshine. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. I also enjoyed the atmosphere around the resort, especially the swim-up bar and entertainment. The food had a good variety and there were plenty of options throughout the day. The resort has a nice balance between relaxation and having things to do. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Riu Palace Aquarelle to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive vacation in Jamaica. I would happily visit again! 🇯🇲

The hotel staff here was awesome! Very helpful when something was needed in the room. The shower water was cold the first night there. I called the front to request help and someone showed up almost immediately and the water was how in less than 3 min! I did not like the food at all. None of it was appetizing (except ice cream). There were no Jamaican choices at all! There were plenty of Asian, Italian and American choices though. Nothing curry, jerk, no rice & peas, beef patties ..which was quite disappointing! I did notice a conch stew over in a corner on the buffet one night, but it did not taste authentic. The live music was nice, but again, nothing Jamaican, all American songs. I actually felt like this was an American experience. I will choose a different place next time. The wait staff in the restaurants were very kind, hardworking, attentive and pleasant.

This holiday rental is the best Ive stayed at in terms of value, decor, and service. I was in contact with the owner from booking to checking in. And the manager Nigel was so helpful and pleasant, professional yet attentive. I wish I was staying longer , to enjoy the calm, beautiful lush scenery and the swimming pool. I will definitely be staying at Pimento Villas (at Almond Tree) on my next Jamaican holiday.
