Vacations Close To Ocean Shores Golf Course

Everything was very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful.

We confirmed with front desk staff at 4 pm there would be a pak n play in the room when my daughter checked in with three small children at 11 pm. Not only was the pak n play not in the room as confirmed when we checked in at 11, but it took my daughter a full hour, multiple phone calls and a trip with her 2 yr old to the desk to the crib. This was totally unacceptable as my daughter and her children did not get to sleep until 1 am.

One operating elevator was a challenge. Surprised by $20 charge at checkout for in-room coffee and bottled water which should be complimentary.

No lobby bar and you walk through a convention space to get to the pool and gym.

Awesome Hotel. Great location and staff was very friendly and accommodating.
