Our room was in terrible shape. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted, the shower had black mold growing around the very top, the floors turned our feet black, the pillows were stained, and the mirror was completely filthy. As for the front desk staff that was working the Monday evening we were there, the were rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner about alternative parking (which was not offered to me at checkout).
