No major issues, though we did have to wait for our room at check-in. However, the staff was very accommodating and quickly settled us into an alternate room.

Not clean, pests in room, parking deck was too tight. Pool was not great.

We had a wonderful stay at Caribbean Resort & Villas! The experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The oceanfront room offered a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean, and waking up to the sound of the waves was amazing. The resort has multiple convenient beach access points, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline whenever we wanted. The room was spacious, clean, and included a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for our family. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The amenities were excellent, especially the indoor pools, hot tubs, and the variety of water activities for kids. There was plenty to keep our children entertained, rain or shine. Overall, this is a fantastic resort for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

The property was great for our family and a short car ride to all local attractions. The beach was beautiful, and the pools and slides were great. A few things we disliked were that there were no clocks at all near the pools. We had kids on nap schedules and we had left our phones in our room to not get wet so we had to ask around in the pool. The carpet in our Palms room was extremely dirty. My son would crawl and get up and his knees would be dark. Also, they decided to do maintenance work of some kind above our room at 9:30pm disturbing the kids. It was overall a nice trip, we would come back just maybe try a different building.
