The room and property was ok need a little work

We stayed for 6 nights so we ask for silver wares and plates and bowls or atleast disposabble ones to use but unfurtunately the front desk told us that they do not have that kind of provision. All bathrooms has no vintillation so everytime you shower moisture builds up and then started to have mold on the ceiling and walls. My son has asthma and my daughter has severe allergies and me started having allergies as well because of the mold. We called the front desk and inform about the issue wether they can moved us to different room but they told me that they are 100% occupied but they will let the maintainace know about the issue. Sadly when the maintainance crew showed up I was not at the room but my son was there but he was on the shower and he hang the DND sign at the door so the maintainance crew was not able to check the issue and they left a note saying they will return but never did. It was stressful kind of stay but we did enjoy all the amenities.

We stay at this property often! Always an amazing time! No complaints!

Good location great room big room

The property was great for our family and a short car ride to all local attractions. The beach was beautiful, and the pools and slides were great. A few things we disliked were that there were no clocks at all near the pools. We had kids on nap schedules and we had left our phones in our room to not get wet so we had to ask around in the pool. The carpet in our Palms room was extremely dirty. My son would crawl and get up and his knees would be dark. Also, they decided to do maintenance work of some kind above our room at 9:30pm disturbing the kids. It was overall a nice trip, we would come back just maybe try a different building.
