“Overall my room was nice. However at check in I was asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. I’ve been asked many times before but on this occasion $300 was taken from my account immediately. On checking out I was told this will take between 5-10 days to be returned to me. On a holiday budget this wasn’t ideal. Also breakfast each day was always the same.
