Not nearly as nice as pictures made appear. Definitely showing signs of age.
Power was out all evening starting mid afternoon, was told it would be back on about 8:30 but then expected not till next day.
Was told they would send refund for the one night, but haven’t seen it yet

Vanessa at the front desk was very helpful with giving directions to find our way around SF. Great location and very safe. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and worn, could use a refresh would be my only suggestion.

A simple little spot that makes you feel comfy and at home.. Came out for a show at The Fillmore and they have free parking! Great beds! Location is perfect too
