“Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. “el apartamento tenía todos los detalles, el trato inmejorable, nos acerco hasta el aeropuerto ya que había un pequeño lío con el idioma y nos habíamos confundido. esta a unos 30 minutos en coche de cairns, pero la playa está justo enfrente a los apartamentos. volveríamos sin dudarlo!!”

“El hotel está bien mantenido y las piezas son espaciosas con buen equipamiento. Le baja mucho el nivel de un 4 estrellas, que el aseo no se realice en forma diaria (es semanal y no bien realizada!!!) y que el wifi no esté incluido en la tarifa. La ubicación del hotel es mediana en relación a la cercanía de la zona comercial. Hay que caminar unas 10 cuadras con bastante calor para llegar a la calle principal. No es un hotel a primera línea de la playa, hay que caminar para llegar a la playa unos...
