“The room looked clean when we first arrived, but then we noticed all the crumbs on the bedside table from the previous guests. Bed was very comfortable and having a bar with a restaurant downstairs was great. The location was very convenient and there was a few other shops around. We turned on the bathroom light/fan and a putrid smell came up from the drain. We showered in the dark from then on. There is no reception here, so you need to see the bar staff to check in. “We had booked 4 nights at Peppers with our 3 month old daughter. We called ahead to confirm the portacot for the room and was told it would be there on arrival. After checking in, we walked to our room to find heavy construction next door and above our room. Inside the room, the dishwasher was running with nothing in it, no portacot and a cherry picker looking directly into our bedroom. “Room was bigger then expected, very tidy and decent sized balcony. Unfortunate that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast/brunch options and theres no real close by coffee/ cafes however there was a coffee machine in the room The in hotel restaurant doesnt open until 5.30 making room service options limited Overall I would stay again”
