“The hotel has 175 rooms, my friend and I we were the only guests in the hotel. They gave us a terrible welcome, they didn't provide to us any information and they lied about services. They didn't open to us the bowling, they didn't want to open the swimming pool and they were rude when we tried to complain. It was not a language issue, because my friend speaks Polish. Luckily, the manager she was kind and helped us because the receptionists were totally unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel....

“Trevligt litet hotell lite utanför staden, mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Stannade till efter en längre körning och kände mig otroligt väl mottagen, även om det var lördag och de hade en födelsedagsfest att ta hand om. Parkering direkt utanför eller 50m bort. Överraskande stor frukost på morgonen. Hotellet i sig är väldigt trevligt inrett men har en del saker som så klart skulle kunna förbättras - ljudisoleringen från korridoren utanför (kanske speciellt märkbart en lördag med fest) var...
