“A very enjoyable stay at The Fourth Lock. It was a great location for exploring the area and has a really good restaurant on site. We were made very welcome and Jay could not have been more helpful. There are only 3 rooms, ours had access to a balcony with a view of the lake. Breakfast is provided as self-serve with a good selection of cereal bars, fruit, yoghurts, fruit juices and best of all, home made muffins :-) Coffee and tea making facilities are available in the shared cosy lounge, which...

“Casa clasica muy bien ubicada. Habitaciones con mucha comodidad y camas muy comodas.”

“Clean room close to ferry. Laundromat across the street. Small quiet town on the water. Lots of rules staying here. I arrived with a small carryon luggage. That’s it. Nonetheless I was told no pillow or blankets were allowed (I did not have any). Made me think they may have had infestation issues in the past. Was out early for the ferry so skipped breakfast.”

“The house and room were clean. A good breakfast was served.”

“Fantastic property and excellent service. I'll be back!”

“Homey atmosphere, relaxed host made us feel at home and served a great breakfast. Signage was a little confusing. We knocked on the neighbour's door.”

“Very clean, excellent breakfast, lots of personal touches. A delight to be there”

It is the entire top floor and comes with two separate 3 piece bathrooms and two separate bedrooms, a king, two twin beds. I had thought it was twin bunk beds from the description but it's not. The staff is very...

“The hosts were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great.”

“Experiencia pésima. Llegamos a la casa y la señora nos dijo que no tenía la habitación disponible. Eran las 19.30. Estamos seguros de que había dado la habitación a otras personas. Es un comportamiento inadmisible cuando la reserva está confirmada y el pago asegurado.”
