Upon arrival, the door/screen door was wide open and upon entering there was NOBODY in the whole house. I called the phone number of the Mamora Inn and got a person who said " write your name & particulars on the paper at the desk and let yourself in, I will be back there at 9:30p" (this was at 4p). “Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are good for one or two nights for a couple. I wouldn’t recommend for families as they are small rooms. An older motel that needs upgrades but they had been working on refurbishing rooms.”

“Property is in a nice location with river view and close to Campbellford. Pool was small but very clean. Cabins, however, are old, run-down and not very clean. Ceiling fan didn't work, light bulbs were missing, some windows would not open and fire pit was not cleaned out from previous guests prior to our arrival. Cabins and property need a freshening and fixing up.”
