“El personal es lo mejor. Se encuentra muy bien situado y se puede ir a conocer Manchester a pie. Igualmente está muy cerca de una estación de tren para poder ir a Liverpool. Tiene algunos detalles a mejorar: estuvimos 5 noches y no pasaron a limpiar ni un día, solo hacían las camas.”

“stayed here because of the pool, after I checked in, I received a message stating the pool was closed for maintenance, which was the whole purpose of staying here, I replied instantly asking could I cancel my booking for a full refund, (so I could stay elsewhere with a pool) and this was never responded to.
the pool closure should have been clearly published at booking, and indeed check in, not afterwards, and then to ignore my request for cancelation I find really poor.
