Although the accommodations were nice, the lady at the front desk checkout was very very rude. No, she’s sympathetic to the current conditions. Also, the key card that was assigned did not work end up getting locked out after hours and had to wait for someone else to come in.

The room was clean, spacious, big windows where you can see everything. Stocked with everything you can think of (snacks, drinks) at a cost, but convenient. Location at millennium Park was a 5 minute walk to Riverwalk. The staff was accommodating. I loved everything about the luxury stay.
