“The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. “Staff were very helpful. I was travelling alone with a baby and the front desk staff helped with my bags. Room was nice and clean. Only 2 downsides the pillows were as thin as paper and lumpy in my room and the lift is tiny. As I had a pram only the pram and myself could squeeze in and it was a squeeze. If you’re travelling with children I’d recommend leaving the pram in the car. ”
