“It was a nice stay only thing I missed was a microwave to heat my food, rest overall was very good...I loved the hot chocolate :)”

“Renovación absoluta ”

“The hotel was fine. It is located 10 minutes walk from the North Pier. My only quibble would be that the room was a smaller one than we had previously been given, which was about disappointing. They also need to have more power sockets near the bed”

“Easy access with parking available at a small charge. Friendly hosts. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious & bar is well stocked for a quick drink before heading out.”

“The room was terrible, walls were damp and room smelt because of the damp, wallpaper peeling off, bathroom disgusting, no soap in dispenser, bath had cracks and toilet didn’t flush properly”

“The room had been newly decorated to a good standard. Excellent in room facilities. When I complained about the room being cold they immediately provided a plug in heater. Walkable distance from Blackpool north rail station.”

“We had a standard double but room tiny and hot . Bed not comfortable and pillows hard”

“Good clean property with a good view of the sea and close proximity to tram stop/ Blackpool lights ”

“Room small and to hot couldn't turn the heating or off toilet was small not enough room to sit down tea cups so small 1 sip and gone lift could only fit one person not big enough for a wheelchair no disabled access to the building stairs were uneven and carpet coming up by room doors”

“Very poor standard hotel very very dated but staff are very good and helpful”

“This hotel is nothing like the photos it advertised, they are very poor, we booked a double room that only just fit a double bed in, the door opened straight to the bed so we had to squeeze in to then close the door to be able to move around the room, if there was a fire there was no fire escape plan or route on the back of the door. The bathroom looked like it had been done up, but the shower cubicle was extremely small, and if you are of the larger size you would not fit in it. On the morning...

“Very nice people room clean bet ok”

“Our family room was not clean and the carpet was dirty some visible dust and debris which is a concerns as we are travelling with kids loves playing on the floor. Im not very happy on our room because we can hear machine sound coming outside in our room, so its not quite at all. But the food was great loads of it which I really like especially my children. Staff were really nice.”

“2 rooms booked for 1 night. One room wasn't cleaned so we were given another. The other room had lingering damp smell. Room needed updating. Everything was very old. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.”

“I wanted a proper British b n b abd this ticked all the boxes It was located just a short walk to the tram It had street parking The room was small but it was all we needed just a place to sleep and shower The owners were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic so much choice If you want a true British b n b this is your place”
