“Rooms are lovely and although I wanted to use the leisure facilities I just felt too tired from my travels but they are great too. Meals and breakfast are very nice. Receptionist on check in was great but service can be slow and I had to chase people to get things done. Sort the service out and this would be excellent.”

Check in was easy, the staff were friendly and the effort they made to make the reception and dining areas festive was appreciated. The room was clean, with everything you’d expect and a great sea view. Perfectly located with St Anns on your doorstep and everything you’d need within walking distance.”
