“Lovely staff. Clean beds. The bedroom I stayed in was up on the top floor. Up 3 flights of stairs, fortunately I am mobile and can cope with stairs. All good otherwise.”

When we were eventually moved to the twin room we had actually booked, the condition of it was unacceptable. “Staff were welcoming and really helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Good range of GF cereals. Evening meal was great. An error was made but was quickly rectified. I would definitely stay again.”

“Our first visit to a Warner Hotel, hopefully it will not be our last. Staff were professional, engaging and engaged. Buffet food was good, with plenty of choice. The cooked breakfast option looked greasy as mostly fried items, fried bread and eggs fair enough but I prefer bacon, sausages, black pudding, tomatoes grilled / baked these days. However, very happy with the fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, breads etc! Swimming pool was a great treat. As we were only staying for one night no time to use...
