“First impressions of the hotel were excellent and overall it is a lovely place with generally attentive staff. All was going well and the receptionist said that we were lucky as our room was air conditioned, while others were not. We had been allocated room 6 and on opening the door there was an interesting staircase which split in two at a small landing with one set of stairs going to the bedroom, with the other leading to the shower room. “My and my friends stayed for 2 night , staff were very nice and helpful. Walking distance everything you need. Good pubs and restaurants and of course Cathedral and castle. Breakfast was excellent with amazing views. Parking is a little bit of tricky.”

“No wi-fi at all could not no use it wasn't working wich was really annoying. We try to sign in many time and didn't work. The room was smaller than we saw on the website. Very hard to find the place. Sorry about that . Thank you”
