This hotel exceeded my expectations. When you entered, the first thing that greets you is the fresh smell. Everything was so clean. Greeted by a staff member who spoke like he was in the ritz hotel. Old fashioned customer service. Wonderful! Room was clean, even the toiletries in the bathroom were good quality. Restaurants nearby. So pleased that we found this gem! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Newly refurbished rooms are excellent. Very clean. Staff are friendly and exceptional. Lots of free parking and rooms are quiet. Next door bar/restaurant and over the roundabout KFC & Costa Coffee. breakdast and hotel bar. Great for a place to break up your journey or if you want to be near Lincoln, Newark or Grantham without being in the centre. Much better than Holiday Inn Express. Great bed & walk in Shower with added posiitive of a shower mat. The current Hotels.com rating does not reflect the hotel, cleanliness, staff and quality. For the price excellent value and as a ringing endorsement I would definately stay again. lets have more of this hotel brand
