Overall, the hotel is not comfortable for a vacation or for having a good time. There are only two places to get drinks: one is far from the pool, and the other is 560 meters away—requiring a walk down a 540-meter enclosed corridor—and is located 80 meters from the beach. As for drinking water (which they claim is filtered), there is a single tap on the ground floor of each building; guests on the first, second, and third floors have to go down to fill the bottle provided in their room. The lobby lacks a café that could offer a refreshing welcome drink or other small touches; improvements here would help ensure guests don't leave thinking, "You only live once" (implying they would never return).

El personal muy amable, tuve una situación inicial con la habitación que me asignaron, lo expresé y de una vez me cambiaron con toda la amabilidad posible. Puedo decirles que es fantástico el Hotel.
