“Yes its a beautiful resort! Rooms are amazing and housekeeping team is top notch-shout out to Helmy and Mohammad on the 19th floor! Front desk were also helpful and smiley! But the service level anywhere else is not representative of a Rixos level! Staff at the buffet, restaurants , bars are clearly not happy working there and it shows in how they deal with customers. “The sewage was not working in two WCs , two broken chairs, the room service didn’t come regularly, the delivery are not allowed simply to get to the chalet I had to get out to the lobby or call them to allow the delivery boys in. “Very modern and trendy. The staff are very responsive and helpful. I would have loved having real coffee though anywhere around the hotel rather than instant coffee and if they provide more water bottles in the rooms. Overall excellent experience. ”
