Vacations Close To North Beach

I loved everything was a great stay

They receive you with a glass of champagne and the staff members were super attentive to all guests. The only down side was one of restaurants gave us a cold dinner because they said it we were the last party that were serving that night other then that everything was fantastic.

The property was very clean at all times, the staff was very polite and helpful. The buffet was clean and plenty of selection to choose from. The waiters were always attentive to our needs. We were greeted with a lot of attention, we had Ivan help us with our check-in process and he provided us with excellent service.

Everything was close to walk to and probably the best beach in Cancun.

Excellent service and the food was good. Biggest gripe is the horrendous timing for room service. Had to cancel every time because I ended up having to wait an hour and a half. Riu app is also horrible. Don't bother downloading it.
