Vacations Close To North Beach Bandshell

It was a great jumping off point for South Beach. Right off Espanola Way. Staff was helpful. Would stay there again.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

It was very clean, and employees very helpful, the only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom so small could not really move while in the bathroom space, couldn’t sit outside because of the birds landing in n the table while you’re eating, outside eating needs a mesh to stop the birds from entering stop the birds f

Loved my stay such a great hotel!!

The property is wonderful. I would definitely book a longer stay. My only complaint that I had was the location of my hotel room. I was given an ADA room near the elevator on a really busy floor (i.e. fitness, business centers, meeting rooms etc...) I would have preferred to be on a higher floor less traveled. Hopefully, the ADA rooms will be given to guest that actually need it. It's understood that the residents have the ocean views and that was totally ok.

The staff was excellent. The arrival and check out was smooth with the amount of guest checking in and out simultaneously. The hotel is outdated for the price. The resort fee doesn't really get you anything. My teenagers enjoyed themselves, but I've been to better for a lot less.
