“Hotel muy bonita pero con signos de desgaste. Para dar unos ejemplos hay un cuadro por encima de la cama que tiene una mancha grande de café, y la moqueta tiene muchas manchas y está floja en algunos puntos. El personal muy amable pero el servicio en el momento de pedir algo deja mucho por ser deseado. Se olvidan pedidos, y pasaba mucho el mismo en el titanic Belfast también.”

“Very convenient, really close to Ducks. Around the corner from The Cavern Club and The Beatles Museum. You may find lifts to the upper floors. It's the nice and cozy. The mattresses were very comfortable and the temperature inside was perfect. The staff was very helpful at the time of keeping our luggage after check out for us to visit the city.
