“They did not arrive for the airport transfer & they did not reimburse us for the overpriced taxi we had to take as a result $60 when the fare should have only been $15.
The rental car they organised a day late for us was overpriced $80 a day when should have been $65.
The room phone did not work & receptionist had to come to our room to speak with us as a result, but they didn’t fix it so no phone for us the whole stay.
Location is good for first time visitors as it’s central to the town.”
